I believe that the mind and spirit eat the same food and need the same medicine. In keeping, the mind and spirit feel the same pleasures and speak the same languages. My commitment to the wellness of Black communities is a commitment between my spirit and the spirit of each person I serve.

My spiritual carework is both ritual gratitude to my ancestors and embodiment of the divine capacities gifted to me for this lifetime.
