A *stellar flare, like a solar flare, is an immense, formidable eruption of energy from a star. Flares typically originate from darker and cooler regions of the star that have particularly strong magnetic fields. They have the potential to disrupt the atmosphere of other cosmic bodies if powerful and proximal enough.

This form of connection is so named as it serves to fuel the advancement my projects, those already in progress and those charged with potential. These projects aim to disrupt anti-Black hegemonic oppression, nurture Black healing and resistance, and strengthen infrastructures of care for Black communities. Visitors who are not Black or who are Black and benefit from forms of social and financial privilege (e.g. heterosexual, cisgender, able-bodied, gainfully employed, etc.) are encouraged to connect in this way.

A black hole is a region in space, typically at the center of a universe, with such high density that its gravitational pull is too strong to escape. In other words, when near enough, being enveloped by its overwhelming, innermost reality is inevitable. Black holes result from the collapse of stars, massive black bodies exhausted across long, active lives. They expand as continuously as they incorporate elements of their environment. As they are essentially made up of space and time, black holes are said to reveal the nature of the universe.

Like black holes, Black wholes can be understood as space-time regions of Black abundance and power. The full life of a Black body, radiating energy boldly and brightly, fosters collective Black wholeness – and furthers the inevitability of Black liberation. When Black bodies gather in their cultivation of wholeness, the reality of Black liberation expands and strengthens. This form of connection is for Black thinkers, feelers, makers, and movers who center the most marginalized among us and want to join forces to generate Black liberation throughout the universe.
